Serving size: 2 people
1 egg 1 tsp baking soda
2 bananas 1 heaping spoonful of almond butter
3 tbsp coconut flour
Top with: blueberries, walnuts, chocolate chips, etc...
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let the mix sit for 5-10 minutes. Coat a pan in coconut oil and cook pancakes on medium-low temp.

The closest thing to "normal" pancakes and man is my husband happy I found them!
