Misleading Healthy Claims and Loaded with Processed Ingredients
Gluten Free, Heart Healthy, Made with Vegetables sounds like it's straight from the farm onto your healthy bed of vegetables. Sounds like a healthy lunch to me!
You wont get past the first item in the ingredients before you realize that is all a lie.
Let's look at the following ingredients:
1. Vegetable Oil
4. Nonfat buttermilk
5. Natural flavors
6. Monosodium glutamate
The kicker with salad dressing is that there is no excuse! Salad dressing is by far the most easy thing to make...that's the good news. Make sure that your homemade dressing is going to be better then the processed dressings found at the stores. How? Start with good ingredients,
Olive oil that is extra virgin stored in a dark bottle with the lid on in a cool to room temp place.
Buy good quality vinegars.

Once we have everything cut up we want we drizzle olive oil and thick balsamic vinegar to our liking. Then we top with lemon pepper and sea salt.
